When God says wait. He isn't saying it just for the sake of the waiting. You'll grow in the process. You'll see the beautiful things about yourself, as well as many other things that aren't as pretty as you thought they were.

You'll see yourself through the eyes of someone who loves you more deeply than anyone can.

You'll see the that the hidden secrets that have held you captive don't have to anymore. No matter how ugly they make you feel.

You'll see that your pain isn't meaningless after all & you're not the only one who has this struggle.

You'll find comfort when you realize that no one needs you act a certain way to be free from whatever it is that is driving you insane. Because true love is unconditional. Be yourself. Because love doesn't lie. Love knows you are hurting and wants to be right there beside you.

Today I had an unnamed person (we’ll call Jane) ask me if I wanted coffee. At first, I kindly declined. A little while later she asked me a 2nd time. However, this time I could tell she wanted more than me to just have a cup of coffee. ☕️ She wanted me to spend the time with her it took to drink that cup of coffee to talk with me. To ask me questions, learn about something she had been wondering about and gain better insight into a particular situation.
